Job summary

Indodana Fintech in Jakarta is seeking a Partnerships Manager to establish and manage strategic collaborations for the Cash Loan product. You will identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and design programs to strengthen market position.

The role requires 3–5 years in business development or relationship management, with strong communication and negotiation skills. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Business Development or as a Relationship Manager in P2P.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent execution skills with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, work within structured timelines, and stay results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Establish new partnerships with clients or business partners for the Cash Loan product.
• Identify potential partnership opportunities with business partners.
• Conduct competitor analysis to differentiate Indodana Fintech’s products.
• Develop strategies to support Indodana Fintech in achieving company goals.
• Seek new prospects, potential clients, or partners for collaboration.
• Design innovative partnership programs to strengthen market position.
• Negotiate with clients or partners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain relationships and offer new programs to expand partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership programs for profitability.
• Coordinate with other Business Division Heads in designing partnership programs.
