Job summary

International Global Network is seeking a proactive, results-driven individual to expand IGN’s network of school partners in Indonesia and abroad and drive business growth. You will build relationships with schools, present IGN’s programs, identify opportunities, and manage partnerships to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in B2B sales or partnerships, strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
• Existing network within schools is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with international, private, and public schools in Indonesia and abroad to encourage participation in IGN’s programs.
• Present IGN’s programs to school leaders, parents, and students, highlighting their value and the benefits of global engagement opportunities.
• Identify and approach key contacts, conduct school visits, and engage with decision-makers to expand IGN’s school partnerships.
• Manage partnership pipelines and follow up with prospects to achieve partnership acquisition and program participation targets.
• Develop a strong understanding of IGN’s programs to effectively communicate their value to potential partners.
