Job summary

PT Kapal Api Global is seeking a dynamic Partnership Officer to build, manage, and execute strategic collaborations with hotels, airlines, universities, corporate offices, lifestyle brands, and other relevant businesses to drive customer traffic and revenue growth.

You will acquire new partners, maintain relationships, and develop promotional activations aligned with the marketing calendar, delivering measurable ROI and revenue growth across outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications/advertising/marketing or a relevant field
• Proven ability to nurture and leverage a broad partnership network
• Strong capability in analyzing campaign ROI and producing performance reports

How You'll Contribute:

Acquire new partners across hotels, airlines, universities, corporate offices, lifestyle brands, and other relevant businesses

Maintain partner relationships through promotions, co-branding, and mutually beneficial collaboration programs while retaining active strategic partnerships.

Develop and execute promotional activations with partners in accordance with the approved marketing calendar.

Develop partnership programs that generate outlet traffic, transactions, and achieve the approved partnership revenue target.

Evaluate campaign effectiveness using ROI, voucher redemption, and other relevant metrics, while maintaining an updated partnership pipeline and regular revenue reports.

Who We're Looking For:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Extensive business/partnership network with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Strong capability in campaign ROI data analysis and performance reporting.
