Job summary

Glints is seeking a Partnerships Associate in Indonesia to build and manage collaborations with public, private, and international schools across Southeast Asia, expanding SEN’s education programmes and services.

You will lead engagement with school leaders, identify opportunities in SIP, PD, Learning Journeys, and Seesaw, and coordinate proposals, events, and partner reports. Based in Jakarta/Tangerang, initial hours are 10–20 per week for 3 months, with potential to move to full-time.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in education, partnerships, or client-facing roles.
• Experience teaching or building partnerships with education institutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized in managing multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with public, private, and international schools and education institutions across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain relationships with school leaders, educators, and education stakeholders to understand needs and identify opportunities across SIP, PD, LJ, and Seesaw.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Lead client engagement from initial outreach through meetings, presentations, programme briefings, follow-ups, and partnership discussions.
• Recommend and develop suitable SEN programmes and solutions based on each school’s needs.
• Support planning, implementation, and coordination of programmes, working with schools, partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain and grow existing partnerships and identify opportunities for repeat programmes and deeper collaboration.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, quotations, and partnership reports to support business development.
• Collaborate with Marketing on outreach campaigns, content, events, and promotions to raise awareness of SEN programmes and services.
• Represent SEN professionally at school meetings, events, and industry activities.
• Support the Partnerships Manager in managing existing partnerships and developing new opportunities.
