Qualifications

Job Description

• Identify Partnership Opportunities: Research and identify potential partners that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Develop Strategies: Create and implement strategies for acquiring new partners to expand the company's network.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in prospective organizations.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
• Develop Materials: Create presentation materials and proposals to pitch partnership opportunities.
• Expand Referral Programs: Expand referral programs to encourage existing partners and customers to refer new clients.
• Track Referrals: Monitor and track referrals, maintaining detailed records of outcomes and feedback.
• Engage with Referrers: Build and maintain relationships with referrers to encourage ongoing participation in the program.
• Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from referral participants to enhance program effectiveness and address any issues.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on referral program performance and present findings to leader.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Fresh Graduates or final year students are welcome).
• Experience: Have experience in Partnership, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields would be an advantage.
• Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
