Job summary

As a Solution QA Intern, you will help shape quality by drafting test cases, executing manual tests, and logging issues under close guidance. You’ll learn officeless capabilities and shadow bug triage to build domain understanding.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing and verification concepts including bug reporting in software delivery.
• Understanding about System Functionalities, and Integration.
• Basic familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms driven by curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Level the Solution QA in creating test cases for assigned modules.
• Execute manual test cases and record results accurately.
• Support documentation formatting and log simple bugs under close guidance.
• Shadow bug triage discussions to build domain understanding.
• Complete learning modules on Mekari Officeless capabilities.

Requirements:

• Basic familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms driven by curiosity rather than hands-on experience.


• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia & basic English.


• Active user of AI tools with curiosity to apply them
