Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation or related operating environments.
• Strong training in structured problem-solving and ability to bring clarity to complex situations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills capable of supporting senior leadership decisions.
• Desire to move from advising to building and operating one.
• Energised by implementation and ownership, not only recommendations.
• Commercial mindset; understands how operational, customer and financial considerations connect.
• Comfortable working with incomplete information and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Solve High-Priority Business Problems: take ownership of complex priorities, structure ambiguous problems, translate analysis into decisions and actions, develop practical data-grounded recommendations, work with leaders to define priorities, make sound decisions with limited resources.
• Move from Strategy to Execution: own initiatives end to end from diagnosis to implementation, translate decisions into practical plans with owners and milestones, collaborate with execution teams, use data to identify constraints and test interventions, track results and intervene to keep initiatives on course, build sustaining processes and cadences.
• Build Operating Capabilities: improve planning, measurement and management; build dashboards and decision frameworks; strengthen cross-functional coordination; translate strategy into scalable operating models and playbooks; develop capabilities and teams; take broader operating responsibility as needs evolve.
