BNET is seeking an Operations Manager who translates business direction into priorities, operating systems, and consistent results across the organization. You will work with the Director and leaders to align commercial goals, service delivery, and financial discipline.

You will build and manage cross-functional plans, assess products and initiatives, guide investment and capacity, and ensure clear ownership and handovers.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading multiple teams and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience in ISP, telecommunications, or tech services is a plus.
• Ability to turn strategy into operating plans and measurable improvements.
• Strong business acumen: revenue, profitability, cash flow, budgeting.
• Experience designing or improving processes, dashboards, and decision structures.
• Proven success in cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.
• Willing to be based in Karawang.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategy into cross-functional operating plans, resource priorities, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Guide investment, capacity, and priorities across functions.
• Align commercial, technical, customer-facing, and support functions around shared priorities and ownership.
• Evaluate new projects and growth initiatives against customer value, financial viability, delivery capacity, and readiness.
• Experience building and implementing business processes, management systems, and performance controls.
• Identify gaps across the customer journey and lead improvements with responsible functions.
• Use financial and operational data to identify bottlenecks and lead corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional change and ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
• Develop functional leaders through coaching and delegation.
• Anticipate business risks and establish continuity plans for critical activities.
• Provide the Director with concise updates on performance and risks.
