BNET is seeking an Operations Manager who translates business direction into priorities, operating systems, and consistent results across the organization. You will work with the Director and leaders to align commercial goals, service delivery, and financial discipline.

You will build and manage cross-functional plans, assess products and initiatives, guide investment and capacity, and ensure clear ownership and handovers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading multiple teams and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience in ISP, telecommunications, or tech services is a plus.
• Ability to turn strategy into operating plans and measurable improvements.
• Strong business acumen: revenue, profitability, cash flow, budgeting.
• Experience designing or improving processes, dashboards, and decision structures.
• Proven success in cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.
• Willing to be based in Karawang.

BNET is looking for an Operations Manager who can translate business direction into clear priorities, effective operating systems, and consistent results across the organization. Working closely with the Director and functional leaders, you will connect commercial goals, service delivery, financial discipline, and people capability, helping BNET grow while protecting customer trust and business sustainability.

What You Do:

Translate company strategy into cross-functional operating plans, resource priorities, budgets, and measurable outcomes.

Assess BNET's products, customer segments, and business initiatives to guide investment, capacity, and operational priorities.

Align commercial, technical, customer-facing, and support functions around shared business priorities, clear ownership, and agreed handovers.

Evaluate new projects and growth initiatives against customer value, financial viability, delivery capacity, and organizational readiness. Recommend what to pursue, improve, postpone, or stop.

Experience building and implementing business processes, management systems, and performance controls that teams consistently use.

Identify gaps across the customer journey from opportunity and sales commitment through delivery, service support, billing, and collection and lead improvements with the responsible functions.

Use financial and operational data to identify bottlenecks, determine corrective actions within your authority, and lead implementation with the responsible functions.

Lead cross-functional change, ensuring new processes and systems are adopted, measured, and improved through actual use.

Develop functional leaders through clear expectations, coaching, and delegation, strengthening their ability to make decisions and deliver results.

Anticipate business risks, address recurring problems, and establish continuity plans for critical activities and roles.

Provide the Director with concise updates on business performance, emerging risks, decisions required, and recommended actions.

Who You Are:

At least 5 years of proven experience in leading multiple teams or business functions and delivering measurable business improvements.

Experience in ISP, telecommunications, technology services, or another business with interconnected commercial and operational functions is an advantage.

Proven ability to turn business strategy into operating plans and measurable improvements.

Strong business acumen, with an understanding of revenue models, profitability, cash flow, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Experience designing or improving business processes, management systems, performance dashboards, and decision structures.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.

Able to balance growth opportunities with financial discipline, delivery capability, and customer trust.

Experience developing leaders and establishing accountability beyond direct supervision.

Strong judgment under uncertainty: able to distinguish verified facts from assumptions, evaluate options, and elevate decisions at the right time.

Willing to be based in Karawang.
