Job summary

Trans Entertainment, part of Trans Corp, CT CORP, seeks an operations professional to monitor and optimize site operations. You will coordinate with the Branch Manager and cross-departments to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in operations, and strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education Bachelor Degree in any major.
• Min. 2 years experience in Operational.
• Have the ability to negotiate, communicate, and lead a team.
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on Weekends & Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, evaluating and carrying out functional tasks related the operational in Site.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager, cross departments and Head Office regarding the running of operations.
• Develop operasional team, also ensuring all operational activities are running well.
