Job summary

Key tasks include recording action items, coordinating with different functions, preparing summaries for decision-makers, monitoring strategic projects, and conducting market research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields)
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of work experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow up until completion
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent numerical and data handling skills
• Strong communication with senior staff; comfortable using spreadsheets and presentations
• Curious about processes and performance

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor action items from the CEO with owners, deadlines, and progress
• Follow up with various functions or project owners
• Prepare summaries and analyses for decision-making
• Monitor progress of strategic projects and identify pending work
• Conduct research, market visits, or special assignments as needed
• Gain exposure to various functions and business units
