Job summary

Monk's Hill Ventures in Indonesia is looking for a final-year student or fresh graduate to support strategic business initiatives within our logistics-focused efforts.

You will work closely with the CEO to solve high-impact problems, co-lead expansion initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to launch and drive key projects. You will prepare presentations, reports, and insights for leadership decisions, and analyze performance to propose actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate from any major (Business, Management, Engineering or related fields are preferred). GPA 3.8+ is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and numbers (Google Sheets / Excel).
• High ownership, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Willing to conduct field visits to gain firsthand operational insights and drive business performance improvements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Prior internship or organizational experience is a plus
