Job summary

You will partner with Branch Managers to identify challenges, recommend improvements, and ensure daily operations run smoothly across multiple branches.

Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience, with a Bachelor's in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields, are encouraged to apply. Able to work in Denpasar, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze branch performance using sales data.
• Work with Branch Managers to identify challenges and propose improvements.
• Ensure daily branch operations run efficiently through regular follow-ups.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategies.
• Execute and monitor operational improvement projects across branches.
• Prepare reports and present insights to management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, Finance, and other departments to reach targets.
