Job summary

Baskit is seeking a mid-to-senior level MT/LMT Project Manager to lead national/local modern trade initiatives, manage accounts, and drive business development in Indonesia. You will negotiate plans, oversee budgets, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives across multiple accounts.

The role requires proven sales performance, strong relationship-building with retailers, and expertise in modern trade channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in national MT/LMT project management or business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage yearly budget/business plan/P&L; build customer partnerships and contribute to joint business plans.
• Execute and monitor marketing program implementation and ensure all elements of agreement are executed to achieve sales targets and awareness; evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Develop strong working relationships with National MT/LMT accounts and ensure strategy/program execution as planned.
• Monitor brand distribution and administer program execution in accordance with provisions.
• Provide problem solving during program implementation for MT/LMT accounts.
• Own end-to-end performance of assigned MT accounts (sales, margin, execution quality, relationships).
• Build a pipeline of new LMT/MT accounts and onboard 3-4 new customers each month.
