Job summary

PT Contemporary Amperex Technology Indonesia Battery is seeking a seasoned senior supply chain and factory operations professional to lead end-to-end planning and logistics for our Java West Java manufacturing campus.

The role focuses on capacity planning, demand management, on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cost efficiency and process excellence in a fast-growing battery production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MBA or related fields.
• Proficient knowledge and skills in end-to-end production planning, material control, and logistics management.
• Proficient with budgeting, cost statistics & forecasting processes, and key performance measures for planning, follow-up and improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams; able to simplify procedures.
• Strong strategic operation sense; capable of inspecting and redesigning processes.
• Senior professionals with 10+ years in overall supply chain and factory operation management; automotive/battery industry preferred.
• English proficiency (spoken and written); Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review medium and long-term capacity planning and track capacity of new production lines.
• Demand management and rational allocation of production capacity and headquarters.
• Delivery management: 100% on-time customer orders; timely warnings and upgrades.
• Monitor factory production and shipment plans and manage achievement; optimize finished/ semi-finished/in-transit inventories.
• Establish a material supply system to ensure 100% timely supply; manage supplier capacity and material bottlenecks.
• Optimize logistics layout, processes (physical & information flow), and packaging in the new factory.
• Logistics system optimization and PMC KPI, Logistics FMEA, and response reviews.
• Design organizational structure and develop personnel capability models.
