Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in operation management, supply chain, engineering or business.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required for cross-functional communication.
• At least 15 years in production planning or operations management in manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years in leadership roles.
• Experience with ERP/APS and cost optimization.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a team of planners, purchasers, and warehouse staff to coordinate material resource planning with production.
• Forecast demand based on projects and capacity, ensuring alignment with master schedule.
• Manage warehouse activities and optimize inventory turnover.
• Analyze costs and pursue cost-saving initiatives with purchasing and manufacturing.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and lead production planning meetings.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes and efficiency.
