Job summary
PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia is recruiting an experienced Supply Chain Manager for an automotive and industrial products business in East Jakarta. You will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, international logistics, warehousing, and supplier management to drive growth.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in supply chain, at least 3 in management, proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel, strong leadership, and English fluency, with willingness to travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 7–10 years in supply chain experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Industry experience in automotive aftermarket, paints & coatings, chemicals, or related manufacturing sectors preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes to optimize inventory and availability.
- Oversee international procurement, sourcing, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance.
- Drive localization, supplier development, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Supervise warehousing, distribution, import operations, customs clearance, and 3PL performance.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and procurement standards.
- Monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
