The Marketplace Pre-Sales Consultant shapes solutions with clients and internal teams, translating business needs into viable technology outcomes and driving growth across publishers.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, solution design, and compelling demonstrations to enable sales success in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software solutions and the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) landscape.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
• Experience supporting sales cycles, including solution design and proposal development.
• Commercial awareness, including pricing, margins, and competitive positioning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities (cross-sell / upsell).

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and customers to understand business needs and scope solution opportunities.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations highlighting value and outcomes.
• Design solution proposals, including quotes and statements of work (SOWs), aligned to customer requirements.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple software publishers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure solution feasibility, pricing accuracy, and successful handover.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and help drive growth with assigned vendor partners.
