Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, industry developments, and macroeconomic factors impacting business performance.
Conduct field surveys and market exploration to gather insights from RO Owners, customers, sales teams, and other business partners.
Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, products, pricing, and go-to-market approaches.
Develop understanding of internal and competitor products to support comparative analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
Identify emerging market needs and opportunities through field research and data analysis.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from internal and external sources to generate insights and recommendations.
Translate survey findings into structured strategic reports and recommendations for management (RGH and HOS).
Provide data-driven insights to support annual planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and ensure relevance of recommendations.
