Job summary

CATL in West Java, Indonesia seeks an HR Planning Specialist to plan manpower across 10 manufacturing departments, monitor attendance, and coordinate recruitment. You will use HRIS tools, generate efficiency reports, and align HR policies with HQ. The role requires 3+ years in manpower allocation within manufacturing and strong Excel proficiency.

This on-site position focuses on data analysis, process improvement, and timely closeout of HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manpower allocation or workforce planning.
• Manufacturing background with multi-line production.
• Ability to work fast-paced, detail-oriented and under pressure.
• HR or Industrial Engineering background or equivalent.
• Mandarin ability is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills for data/analysis heavy tasks.
• Proactive and able to close issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage manpower across 10 manufacturing departments.
• Create and adjust HC planning and manpower allocation.
• Monitor attendance, working hours, overtime, and efficiency.
• Prepare weekly/monthly labor efficiency reports with improvements.
• Track monthly headcount and resource fulfillment.
• Monitor labor cost indicators and drive corrective actions.
• Handle expatriate recruitment and transfers.
• Support local hiring from requirement to onboarding.
• Maintain manpower and movement records (onboarding, offboarding, transfers).
• Use HR systems (MHR, DingTalk Yida, HRIS) accurately.
• Align HR policies with operation teams and HQ HR, ensuring closure.
