Job summary

Midea Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business objectives in its Cikarang manufacturing hub. You will lead workforce planning, succession, and talent development while guiding labor compliance and performance management across the organization.

Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a strong advantage. An established network with local government bodies in the Cikarang/Bekasi area is beneficial for stakeholder management and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin speaking ability will be a strong advantage
• Established network and good working relationships with government institutions and related authorities in the Cikarang, Bekasi area will be a strong advantage
• Household Goods & Appliances Manufacturing 101-1,000 employees.
