You will develop RFQs, manage tender processes, conduct market research, and deliver procurement insights to support budgeting and category management. Strong Excel skills and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

S1 in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Logistics or related.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large datasets.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
Strong learning agility and willingness to adapt quickly.
Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
Strong presentation skills for top management.
Ability to draft vendor agreements using legal-approved templates.
Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Collect data and conduct analysis on spend, customer requirements, and market dynamics.
Assist in development of RFQ to collect supplier information and consolidate responses (Logistic).
Input technical responses from supplier to qualitative assessment model and scoring.
Support Tender Committee during negotiation and inform results to suppliers.
Generate and submit contract drafts to Category Managers Logistics.
Conduct market price research for new procurement requirements.
Generate ad-hoc procurement insights for planning and execution.
Perform follow-up on technical evaluations to ensure timely tendering.
Create Quotation Comparison Form (QCF) and identify existing QCFs.
Identify prospective suppliers transportation from market research and preferred lists.
Prepare and issue RFx documents and facilitate stakeholder-supplier communications.
Assess supplier proposals and develop transportation shortlist.
Analyze quotations and negotiate with shortlisted suppliers.
Determine PO terms with Spot Buy Manager and Category Manager Logistic.
Gather supplier documentation for new supplier master data creation.
Coordinate RFQ invitation and consolidate responses.
Monitor delivery dates and follow up with suppliers.
Store and maintain project deliverables and templates for knowledge transfer.
Communicate category news and trends to Category Management Team.
Support Category Manager Logistic in identifying process improvements.
