Job summary

You will design, deliver and assess training, manage budgets, and promote a culture of continuous learning, with a focus on service excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in HR or related field; 2 years experience in HR or related area; certified trainer.
• Or a 4-year bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administering Employee Training Programs: promotes and informs employees about all training programs; provides feedback and supports training efforts.
• Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness: monitors enrollment, assesses progress, and measures transfer of learning.
• Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets: aligns programs with mission/vision; develops budgets and guidelines; drives improvements.
• Managing Training Budgets: participates in budget development; manages department expenditures and uses P-card where appropriate.
