Job summary

Monee in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Learning and Development lead to shape and implement a growth-driven L&D strategy that supports rapid project ramp-ups.

You will build competency frameworks, design onboarding programs, identify skill gaps, establish knowledge repositories, standardize SOPs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives meet operational needs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with strong stakeholder management and learning & development exposure.
• Prior experience in the credit industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong critical thinking ability with hands-on execution capability.
• Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup or tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning and development strategy aligned with project and business growth
• Define competency framework and capability roadmap for project teams
• Design structured learning paths and onboarding programs for new resources
• Identify skill gaps and recommend development initiatives to improve team readiness
• Establish knowledge management repository and standard learning materials
• Standardize SOPs and documentation to support consistent delivery
• Support operational planning to ensure capability readiness for project ramp-up
• Monitor readiness status and highlight risks related to capability gaps
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with operational needs
• Drive continuous improvement for learning effectiveness and operational efficiency
