Job summary

DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to architect and drive the organization's learning ecosystem. You will diagnose capability gaps, design innovative learning solutions, and measure business impact, acting as an internal consultant to leaders.

You will lead complex curricula, facilitate senior-level sessions, and manage the annual training plan and budget, ensuring L&D translates into sustained performance and growth in fintech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPTP, ACLP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Strategic Capability Gap Analysis with business leaders.
• Architect and manage end-to-end development of complex, multi-modal learning curricula.
• Facilitate high-impact training sessions for mid-level leaders and high-potential employees.
• Analyze learning data to produce executive-level ROI reports and recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders to align L&D initiatives with business priorities.
• Source and manage relationships with premium external vendors and providers.
