Job summary

DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge commercial strategy with solution architecture for its enterprise payment platform. You will lead technical discovery, design end-to-end payment solutions, and present high-impact demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in presales or technical BD in payments/fintech, deep knowledge of API integration, settlement, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Discovery & Scoping with enterprise prospects to extract payment stack architecture and constraints.
• Design end-to-end payment solutions including API, SDK, and plugins; map via solution scope summaries and diagrams.
• Evaluate deployment models (direct API, hosted checkouts) and create phased roadmaps.
• Own technical RFP/RFI responses focusing on security, uptime, compliance, and API specs.
• Deliver technical demos and workshops using sandbox environments and live API calls.
