Job summary

FMC Corporation in Medan seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive sales growth across distributors, sub-distributors, and retailers. You will plan demand generation activities and strengthen the FMC brand presence in the region.

Reporting to the Zonal Business Manager, you will manage targets, communicate with internal teams, resolve customer issues, and expand market share while maintaining strong customer relationships in agriculture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in sales and managing a team in Agriculture/Agrochemical industry.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships including farmers, Retailers and Distributors.
• MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute demand generation activities to expand market presence and strengthen brand awareness.
• Drive sales growth by managing relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, and retailers and achieving targets.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
