Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' sales leadership experience in Agriculture/Agrochemical.
• Strong ability to develop long-term customer relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand generation targeting distributors and retailers.
• Lead monthly sales forecasting and marketing planning.
• Maintain relationships and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for product launches.
• Develop and manage territory budget and KPI-driven initiatives.
