Job summary

Aden Services – Indonesia is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control across multiple sites. You will design strategies, maintain optimal stock levels, and partner with Procurement and Operations to ensure availability and efficiency.

You will oversee stock accuracy, implement improvements, and manage a team while using ERP and BI tools to drive decision-making. Remote/camp operations experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Inventory Control/Management or related functions.
• Proven supervisory/managerial experience with strong leadership.
• Experience in multi-site operations, preferably catering, camp facilities, hospitality.
• Hands-on experience managing inventory such as food ingredients, dry goods, beverages, consumables, cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Inventory Control activities across multiple operational sites.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain optimal minimum/maximum stock levels, safety stock, and replenishment.
• Ensure product and material availability to support daily catering and camp facility operations.
• Monitor and control stock-outs, overstock, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Analyze inventory movement and improve turnover and working capital efficiency.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliations, stock taking, cycle counting, and audits.
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Store teams for receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, and movement.
• Coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishment and availability of materials.
• Develop inventory requirements based on demand, consumption, occupancy, menu, and forecasts.
• Monitor and control inventory value, carrying costs, waste, expiry, and losses.
• Utilize ERP and BI tools for monitoring, analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• Establish and monitor Inventory KPIs: accuracy, turnover, aging, variance, value, waste, expiry.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance accuracy, efficiency, cost, and performance.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the Inventory Control team’s performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse/Store, Procurement, Finance, and Projects.
