Job summary

Vopak in Jakarta Center, Indonesia, is seeking a Stores and Maintenance Inventory Specialist to manage parts inventory and CMMS modules, supervise stock movements, and ensure accurate replenishment and MSDS updates. You will coordinate with maintenance teams to support uptime and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor in Engineering, 3–5 years in maintenance, strong logistics and English communication skills, and CMMS experience; oil & gas exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75/4.0.
• 3–5 years of work experience in maintenance organization or equivalent.
• Excellent logistics and communication skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Experience using EAM/CMMS programs and proficient computer skills.
• Oil & gas industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory and maintain CMMS materials module.
• Supervise physical issues/returns of parts/consumables and monitor stock transactions.
• Determine stock replenishment methods and register new parts; update MSDS when required.
• Plan storekeeping activities to support maintenance tasks.
• Initiate procurement to maintain stock levels with administrative checks.
• Identify and report stock variances and ensure KPI alignment.
• Perform periodic physical counts and provide KPI trends.
