Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Bali is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Manager to own inventory accuracy and stock flow across our warehouse, stores, production, and 3PL partners. This role requires meticulous organization and proactive coordination to keep stock movements aligned with demand and deliveries.

You will monitor stock levels, verify receipts, handle reconciliations, and coordinate transfers between locations while maintaining up-to-date product records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory, logistics, supply chain or related operations.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of stock control, receiving, stocktake and reconciliation.
• Experience with inventory, ERP or POS systems.
• Strong spreadsheet and inventory-data skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across all locations.
• Monitor stock availability and inventory movements.
• Coordinate warehouse and store stocktakes and investigate discrepancies.
• Receive goods against POs and delivery documentation and verify quantities and condition.
• Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment to stores.
• Coordinate approved stock transfers between warehouse, stores, storage, production and other locations.
• Track transfers through to confirmed receipt.
• Coordinate SKU and barcode creation and maintain accurate product information.
• Monitor slow-moving and excess inventory and coordinate approved reallocation.
• Coordinate inventory movements with the US 3PL.
