PT Sanco Indonesia is an Industrial Engineering Solutions company providing machinery, equipment, automation, coding & inspection, packaging, IoT/Smart Factory, and industrial solutions to various manufacturing industries in Indonesia.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in Surabaya and East Java, develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead a sales team to achieve targets across Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic & Personal Care, and other

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B industrial sales / machinery sales.
• Minimum 2 years in a Sales Manager / leadership role.
• Experience selling industrial machinery, equipment, or automation.
• Experience with Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Cosmetics industries.
• Strong communication with decision makers at various levels.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel for visits and business trips.
• SIM A license is preferred for travel requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in Surabaya, East Java, and assigned territories.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential industrial customers.
• Manage and grow key accounts across multiple industries.
• Conduct regular customer visits and understand production processes and investment plans.
• Promote and sell machinery, automation, packaging, and related solutions.
• Develop opportunities from prospecting to closing with technical discussions and quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and overseas principals on suitable solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
• Lead and support the sales team in developing new accounts and projects.
