Job summary

Glints is hiring an HR Business Partner to join the People Team in Batam. You will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, lead talent and performance processes, and coach leaders on organisational effectiveness.

You will influence cross-region stakeholders, manage employee relations with Legal, and drive HR policy implementation while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist
• Proven track record delivering results and driving HR initiatives
• Strong English communication, APAC stakeholder exposure preferred
• Demonstrated effectiveness in stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with leaders
• Commercially astute with ability to tailor solutions for business and people
• Strategic problem solving with high ownership and drive
• Adaptable self-starter who learns quickly
• Ability to prioritise multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives
• Influence cross-region stakeholders to drive people initiatives and outcomes
• Act as trusted advisor on organisational effectiveness and leadership capability
• Coach leaders on performance expectations and accountability
• Lead performance and compensation review cycles with HR colleagues
• Advise on employee engagement and career development strategies
• Manage employee relations with managers and Legal to mitigate risk
• Drive implementation and review of HR policies and programmes
