Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver value-added HR services, shape local policies, and collaborate across HR functions to enable business growth and employee engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field with 6+ years in HRBP, and experience with SAP, Workday, and Humanica is advantageous. Strong analytical, communication skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or HR professional certification.
• At least 6 years related experience in HR Business Partner role.
• System minded; SAP, Workday, Humanica experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value-added HR services to support business growth and employee engagement.
• Develop local HR policies aligned with global standards.
• Collaborate with country HR, regional HRBP, and HR shared services to execute people strategy.
• Manage complex employee relations and investigations.
• Support M&A and restructurings; participate in change management for Indonesia.
• Assist with government funding and local training administration.
