Job summary

You will drive HR initiatives, coach managers, lead performance cycles, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to shape hiring strategies. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop HR solutions.
• Provide strategic and operational HR support across employee relations and performance management.
• Coach managers on people management and engagement.
• Lead the performance management cycle including goal setting and reviews.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and hiring strategies.

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor on organizational development, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning while driving HR initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop HR solutions that support business objectives.
• Provide strategic and operational HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach managers on people management, employee engagement, and HR best practices.
• Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate capability-building initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and internal HR policies.
• Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive employee experience.
• Stay updated with HR trends, employment legislation, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Working location : Jakarta
