Arethia is seeking aSenior HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic and operational backbone for leaders across office and manufacturing settings in Mojokerto. You will guide talent management, succession planning, and employee relations with confidence while driving engagement and leadership development.

The role requires fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, hands-on HRIS experience, and a proven ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably with corporate and manufacturing exposure.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end Learning & Development workflows (TNA, curriculum sourcing, pre/post-evaluations).
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations, industrial relations, and BPJS management.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact with local teams and global stakeholders.
Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations with empathy, integrity, and firmness.

Responsabilités

Act as a direct advisor to the MD and department heads on talent management, succession planning, and sensitive employee relations issues.
Drive engagement and retention initiatives across corporate and production teams.
Guide compensation reviews, promotions, and salary adjustments for internal equity and market competitiveness.
Coach and mentor managers on leadership, conflict resolution, and performance management.
