Amartha in Pekanbaru is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive talent development. You will partner with senior leaders to design workforce plans, manage employee relations, and implement HR programs that support growth.

The role requires strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, 6+ years HR experience including 3+ years as HRBP, and excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ years in HR with at least 3 years as HRBP.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law.
• Experience with HRIS and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR contact for designated business units in Pekanbaru, building relationships with management and employees.
• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into HR strategies and actions.
• Advise on talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and development initiatives.
• Address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent policy application.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Implement and drive HR programs and policies across business units.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate change management and support organizational restructuring when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Promote a positive workplace culture in Pekanbaru.
