Job summary

Arethia is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as the strategic and operational backbone for our leaders across office and manufacturing settings. You will guide units through transformation, lead manager workshops, and handle sensitive employee relations with confidence.

You will drive HR operations, compliance with Indonesian labor law, and data integrity across HRIS, while shaping learning and development programs and talent strategies with a strong emphasis on empathy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is required.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in corporate and manufacturing settings.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end Learning & Development workflows (TNA, curriculum sourcing, pre/post-evaluations).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations and BPJS management.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication for global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise the managing director and department heads on talent management, succession planning, organizational restructuring, and sensitive employee relations issues.
• Drive engagement, retention, and performance initiatives across corporate and production teams.
• Guide leaders through compensation reviews, promotions, and salary adjustments to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Coach and mentor junior-to-mid-level managers on leadership, conflict resolution, and performance management.
