Job summary

KMU International Holding Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR & Admin across the Group. You will oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and policy development, partnering with management to support growth and organisational development.

Responsibilities include HR policy implementation, staff development, labour relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and decision-making are essential for driving talent and culture across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management.
• Minimum 10 Years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/Worksy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions across the Group.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance in line with statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and staff handbook.
• Monitor training, development, and succession planning across the Group.
• Ensure ISO management systems support and audit readiness.
