Job summary

Wasco AgroTech Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced HR Administration Manager to support the Head of HR in a full spectrum of human resources activities. You will oversee payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff welfare while ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and IR practices.

You will help conduct pay surveys, job evaluations, and pay-structure revisions, and will train managers to coach and discipline staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with supervisory/managerial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws including industrial relations and disciplinary matters.
• Hands‑on experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, training and development, and HR budgeting.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Good knowledge of HR administration and HRIS, including maintaining accurate employee records and reports.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and industrial relations matters professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of HR in full spectrum of HR functions: payroll, recruitment, C&B, onboarding, off-boarding, training, staff welfare, and more.
• Assist Head of HR to conduct periodic pay surveys; schedule and conduct job evaluations; plan and implement pay structure revisions.
• Assist Head of HR to monitor, coach, and appraise employee performance with managers.
• Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counsel in Industrial Relations when necessary.
• Maintain and update staff compensation and benefits; ensure disciplinary procedures align with HR policies and IR Act 1967.
• Maintain HR records and reports; ensure organized HRIS data management.
• Prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures; monitor HR team performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of all tasks and deliverables; undertake other assignments as required by Management.
