Qualifications

• 7–10+ years HR experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Manufacturing industry background preferred.
• Expertise in Strategic HR, Talent Management & Organizational Development.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors and HR digitalization.
• Strong labor law, HR analytics and workforce planning knowledge.
• Experience in multinationals with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Human Capital strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, learning, and leadership development.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and culture.
• Manage compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and HR compliance.
• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and HRIS optimization.
• Develop HR analytics, dashboards, and process automation.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders on HR governance.
