Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in Retail or consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices across talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Design and deliver HR programs such as talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Identify issues and opportunities to provide proactive HR insights.
