EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding its Business Development team. The role focuses on securing new customers (B2C & B2B), building partnerships, and delivering tailored consultations to clients while aligning with EF culture.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales/BD, strong English communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience networking with private companies and government institutions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new customers (B2C & B2B) and partnership opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, event activations, sponsorships, outreach, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams.
