EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding its Business Development team. The role focuses on securing new customers (B2C & B2B), building partnerships, and delivering tailored consultations to clients while aligning with EF culture.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales/BD, strong English communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience networking with private companies and government institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a person who have strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent sales and analytical mindset. You will work with the Business Development Specialist team to deliver the best consultation experience to our respective customers and help them facilitate the product that suits their needs the most.
