The ideal candidate will drive revenue targets, manage portfolios, and collaborate with Risk, Credit, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to ensure effective execution and board-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in leasing or multifinance.
• Director/GM or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Strong track record in business development, sales, distribution, and partnerships.
• Experience growing portfolios, revenue and profitability.
• Understanding leasing/multifinance business model and risk controls.
• Excellent communication and senior-level stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy and growth plans.
• Lead revenue, portfolio, profitability, and business targets.
• Drive growth via market expansion, customer acquisition, partnerships, and channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and partners.
• Ensure sustainable portfolio growth with healthy quality.
• Lead and develop the business team to meet targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.
• Present performance and strategy to the Board of Directors and Shareholders.
