Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in leasing or multifinance.

• Understanding leasing/multifinance business model and risk controls.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Director to lead and drive the business growth of one of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk's subsidiary companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the leasing or multifinance industry, with proven experience in developing business strategies, growing financing portfolios, managing strategic partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's business strategy and growth plans.
• Lead the achievement of revenue, portfolio, profitability, and business targets.
• Drive business growth through market expansion, customer acquisition, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, strategic partners, agents, and business partners.
• Ensure sustainable portfolio growth while maintaining healthy portfolio quality.
• Lead, manage, and develop the business team to achieve company targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Risk, Credit, Finance, Operations, and Compliance functions to ensure effective business execution.
• Present business performance, strategic initiatives, and market outlook to the Board of Directors and Shareholders.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the leasing or multifinance industry, with experience at Director, Business Director, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership level.
• Strong track record in business development, sales, distribution, partnership, and portfolio management.
• Proven experience in growing business portfolios, revenue, and profitability.
• Strong understanding of the leasing/multifinance business model, including acquisition channels, dealer/partner management, credit processes, and portfolio quality.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, business analysis, and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large business/sales organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly at senior management and Board level.
• Good understanding of multifinance regulations, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  

Preferred Profile

• Current or previous Business Director / Director / Senior Business Leader in a leasing or multifinance company.
• Strong experience in automotive financing, particularly four-wheel vehicle financing.
• Proven experience in dealer network development and strategic partnerships.
• Strong track record in business expansion, acquisition, portfolio growth, and profitability improvement.
• Experience leading national-scale sales or business operations.
• Strong industry network and understanding of the Indonesian multifinance/leasing market.
