Job summary

PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia is seeking a proactive professional to assist senior management in identifying, measuring, and following up on risks to support Good Corporate Governance. The role involves collaborating with leadership to implement risk controls and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

The position also covers monitoring company operations for regulatory compliance, overseeing customer accounts and transactions, and helping update policies to strengthen control environments

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management and AML/KYC controls.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

• Assist senior management in risk mapping and follow-up actions to support GCG objectives.
• Assist monitoring of company operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
• Support formulation and updating of policies for operational activities to strengthen governance.

Job description

Assist senior management in executing risk mapping functions faced by the Company, by identifying, measuring, and recommending follow-up actions on risks to support the creation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in achieving Company objectives. Assist senior management in executing monitoring functions over Company operational activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, as well as monitoring customer accounts and transactions to support Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Assist senior management in executing the formulation and updating of policies and/or regulations for Company operational activities to support Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Assist senior management in executing Anti-Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing Prevention, and Proliferation Financing Prevention (APUPPT PPSPM) functions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws to support Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Key responsibilities

Monitor the operation of Company business processes based on regulations and laws, particularly regarding licensing, internal controls, fraud prevention, and others

Ensure compliance elements in the execution of financing processes

Enforce policies/regulations by imposing sanctions or submitting reports to relevant parties, superiors, or authorized personnel if violations or deviations are found

Receive reports (email, telephone, or other means) regarding actions that do not comply with regulations and forward them to superiors or authorized parties for follow-up (whistle blowing)

Assist with updating customer data and profiles to identify high-risk customers according to regulator-established indicators

Receive and verify reports of suspicious financial transactions

Review and prepare reports of suspicious financial transactions for submission to the Financial Transaction Reporting and Analysis Center (PPATK)
