Desa Potato Head Bali is seeking a Groups & Creative Events Sales Manager to grow our group business and bring distinctive events and brand experiences to life across Desa. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the role sits at the intersection of sales, creative events, lifestyle hospitality and meaningful guest experiences.

A major part of the role is developing relationships with lifestyle brands, corporate clients, event organisers, entertainment partners, travel agents and DMCs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event sales and management within lifestyle hospitality brands
• Strong understanding of group business, creative event sales, and revenue performance
• Well-connected within hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, or events networks

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage group and creative event sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets
• Proactively source new business opportunities from lifestyle brands, corporate clients, travel agents, event organisers, and DMCs
• Handle inquiries, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and client site visits while building strong account relationships and converting leads
• Work closely with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to optimize pricing, monitor market trends, ensure seamless event execution, and maintain brand consistency
