Job summary

Electrum, based in Jakarta Selatan, is seeking a results-oriented FP&A professional to drive budgeting, forecasts, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations to business leaders.

You will collaborate with budget owners, monitor cost drivers, build financial models for projects and initiatives, and support month-end closing and reporting, ensuring disciplined spend and transparent performance visibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, management accounting, cost control, corporate finance, audit, or business analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools is preferred.
• Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned functions or entities.
• Analyze actual performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; explain material revenue, gross margin, operating expense, and cash-flow variances.
• Monitor cost drivers, purchase commitments, accruals, and spending trends; identify savings opportunities and cost-control risks.
• Partner with budget owners to review performance, challenge assumptions, and develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare monthly management packs, dashboards, and ad hoc financial analyses for decision-making.
• Build business cases and financial models for projects, investments, pricing, headcount, and operational initiatives.
• Support month-end closing by validating operating expenses, accruals, allocation logic, and management-reporting accuracy.
• Improve planning models, reporting processes, master-data quality, and finance-system usage.
• Ensure cost-control practices comply with approval matrices, procurement policies, and internal controls.
