PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support budgeting, financial planning, and performance reporting across SME, retail, and mass markets. You will develop automated tools, analyze cost and income variances, and collaborate with multiple divisions to ensure accurate and timely financial insights.

The role requires strong analytical skills, banking experience preferred, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in Business Finance, FP&A, MIS, or Management Reporting (banking preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Support budgeting, Balanced Scorecard, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and enhance automated reporting tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial reporting, governance, and continuous process improvement.
• Assist and participate in preparation of annual budget, execution of annual budget, and monthly estimates.
• Carry out detailed analysis of cost reports and actual usage vs. budget, periodically and ad hoc.
• Provide support to divisions in preparing income and cost budgets and their realization.
• Deliver timely weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports while identifying business trends and insights.
